How to Complete Partner Information on Family Member Care
Overview
After signing up as a Partner, you’ll be directed to the Partner Information page.
This step allows you to add your company or business details and upload your practice logo
Step 1 — Open the Partner Information Page
Once your Partner account is created, you’ll automatically see this page.
You can also return to it later to update your business information
Step 2 — Upload Your Practice Logo (Optional)
Click on “Click to Upload Your Practice Logo” to add your company or organization logo.
Tip: Uploading your logo makes your profile look professional, but you can skip this step and add it later if needed.
Step 3 — Enter Your Company or Business Name
In the field labeled “Company/Business Name”, type the full name of your business or organization.
Make sure to enter it correctly, as this name will appear on your Partner profile.
Step 4 — Save and Continue
Click on the “Go to Dashboard” button once you’ve entered the required details.
This will take you to your main Partner Dashboard, where you can start managing your activities and services.
