How to Sign Up as a Partner on Family Member Care
Overview
If you want to collaborate or offer care services through Family Member Care, you can create your account as a Partner.
This page helps you register quickly by entering your details and (optionally) a referral code.
Step 1 — Open the Partner Sign-Up Page
Step 2 — Enter Your Details
Fill out the required information in the form:-
Referrer Code (Optional): Enter a referral code if you’ve received one. If not, you can leave this blank.
First Name: Enter your first name
Last Name: Enter your last name.
Email: Use your active email address.
Password: Create a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and symbols.
Step 3 — Agree to the Terms and Conditions
Check the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions.”
You can click the blue text to read them before agreeing.
Step 4 — Sign Up
Click the Sign Up button.
If everything is filled correctly, your Partner account will be created.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
