How to Log In as a Partner on Family Member Care
Overview
This guide helps existing Partners on Family Member Care log in to their accounts and access their dashboard.
Use your registered email and password to sign in securely.
Step 1 — Open the Login Page
Step 2 — Enter Your Credentials
In the login form, fill in the following fields:
Email: Enter the same email address you used while creating your Partner account.
Password: Type your password carefully (passwords are case-sensitive).
Step 3 — Click Log In
After entering your details, click the Log In button.
If your credentials are correct, you’ll be redirected to your Partner Dashboard.
Step 4 — Forgot Your Password?
If you can’t remember your password:
Click “Forgot password?” under the password field.
Enter your registered email address.
Follow the password-reset link sent to your email to create a new one.
Step 5 — Don’t Have an Account Yet?
If you haven’t signed up as a Partner yet, click on “Sign up” at the bottom of the page.
It will take you to the Partner registration form to create your account
