Sign Up as a Care Giver on Family Member Care

Overview

This guide will help you create your Care Giver account on Family Member Care.
Follow these simple steps to fill out the registration form and start using the platform.

Step 1 — Open the Care Giver Sign-Up Page

Go to 
https://familymembercare.com/login?v=signup&m=care_giver

You’ll see a screen that says “Welcome to Family Member Care.”
Here, you can enter your details to create a new Care Giver account

Step 2 — Fill in Your Details

Enter your information in the provided fields:-

First Name: Type your first name.
Last Name: Type your last name.
Email: Enter a valid email address you have access to.
Password: Create a secure password (use letters, numbers, and symbols).
Make sure all fields are filled correctly before moving forward.




Step 3 — Agree to the Terms and Conditions

Check the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions.”
You can click the blue link to review the terms before agreeing.

Step 4 — Complete the Sign-Up

Click the Sign Up button.
If everything is correct, your account will be created successfully.
You’ll receive a confirmation email — open it to verify your account

Step 5 — Already Have an Account?

If you’ve signed up before, click “Log in” at the bottom of the page to go directly to the login screen.
