How to Add Care Recipient Information on Family Member Care

Overview

After signing up as a Care Giver, you’ll be asked to provide some details about the person you’re caring for.
This step helps set up your Care Recipient profile so you can manage their information and care group easily.

Step 1 — Open the Care Recipient Information Page

Once you complete your sign-up, you’ll automatically be redirected to the Care Recipient Information page.
Here, you’ll need to fill in some basic details about the person receiving care.

Step 2 — Add a Photo (Optional)

Click on “Add Photo” to upload a picture of the Care Recipient.
This helps easily identify the profile later.
You can skip this step if you don’t have a photo right now — you can always add it later.
