How to Sign Up as a Partner on Family Member Care

This guide will help you start your registration process as a Partner on Family Member Care.
The Partner role is designed for individuals or organizations who want to collaborate, support, or offer care services to family members.


Step 1 — Open the Sign-Up Page

You’ll see the welcome screen that says “Welcome to Family Member Care” with two options for signing up

Partner

Step 2 — Choose “Partner”

Click on the Partner option on the screen.
When selected, the Partner box will become highlighted — confirming your choice.


Step 3 — Proceed to the Next Step

After selecting Partner, you’ll be redirected to the Partner registration form where you can.
