How to Refer a Partner in Family Member Care

Overview

The Refer a Partner feature allows you to invite other professionals or organizations to join Family Member Care. By sharing a unique referral link or sending a direct email invitation, you can easily connect new partners to the platform.

Step 1 — Open the Refer a Partner Popup

From the left-hand menu, click on Refer a Partner located at the bottom of the sidebar.
A popup window titled “Refer a Partner” will appear.

Step 2 — Copy and Share the Referral Link

You’ll see a unique referral link displayed under the section “Copy and Share Referral Link for Signup.”
Click on the Copy Link button to copy the link to your clipboard.
You can then share this link with a partner through chat, message, or any external communication platform.
Example of referral link:
https://familymembercare.com/login?v=signup&m=partner&referral=sam-organization

Step 3 — Send an Email Invitation (Optional)

If you prefer to send the referral directly, enter the partner’s email address in the Partner Email field.
After typing the email, click on Share Referral.
An invitation email will be sent to the entered email address with your referral link.

Step 4 — Confirmation

Once shared, a success message will appear confirming that the referral has been sent successfully.
The invited partner can now click the link or use the email to complete their signup process.
