How to Choose or Upgrade Your Partner Plan on Family Member Care
Overview
After completing your Partner registration, you’ll be directed to the “Explore a New or Additional Partner Plan” page.
Here, you can select the Partner membership that best fits your business needs
Step 1 — Access the Partner Plan Page
Once logged in, you’ll see this section with your account details at the top
Logged in as: Your registered email address.
Company/Practice Name: The name of your business.
Existing Partner Plan: If this says “No Active Plan,” it means you haven’t subscribed yet.
Step 2 — Review Available Plans
You’ll see two plan options:
FMC Partner — A$99.50 / Year
Includes:
10% Referral Fee
Basic Admin Dashboard
15% Discount for Clients
Receive 2 months free with an annual subscription!
FMC Partner Plus — A$499.50 / Year
Includes:
15% Referral Fee
Premium Admin Dashboard
Your Branding in the App
Advertising Notices
Receive 2 months free with an annual subscription!
Step 3 — Subscribe to a Plan
Click the Subscribe button under your preferred plan.
Follow the on-screen payment instructions.
Once the payment is successful, your plan will be activated immediately
Step 4 — Confirmation
After subscribing, your Existing Partner Plan status at the top will update to reflect your active plan.
You can then access all the features included in your chosen membership
