How to Use Partner Messages for Communication
Overview
The Messages page allows partners and staff members to communicate within the Family Member Care platform. It provides a simple chat interface for sending and receiving messages in real time, helping teams stay connected and share important updates.
Step 1 — Open the Messages Page
Go to the left-hand side menu and click on Messages.
The Partner Messages screen will open, displaying existing chats such as All Staff Group Chat or any private conversation threads.'
Step 2 — View Existing Chats
Click on the chat name, for example, All Staff Group Chat, to open the conversation window.
Here you can view all previous messages exchanged between team members. Each message will include the sender’s name, message text, and timestamp for reference.
Step 3 — Send a Message
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find a text box labeled Type a message.
Click inside the box, type your message, and press the Send icon (arrow button) on the right.
Your message will appear instantly in the chat window with your name and time of sending.
Step 4 — Share Images or Files
If you need to share an image or attachment, click on the small image icon beside the chat area.
Select a file from your device and upload it directly into the chat.
The shared item will appear for all participants to view.
Step 5 — Review or Continue Conversations
You can scroll through older messages to review past discussions.
To continue chatting, simply type a new message and send it.
