How to Use the Diagnoses/Meds Page

Overview

The Diagnoses/Meds page allows you to record and view your family member’s medical conditions and medications.
If no records have been added yet, the screen will show the message “Oops! There are no Diagnosis.”




Add Diagnosis

Click Add Diagnosis at the top right of the page.
A pop-up form will open where you can type the Diagnosis Name, select or add a Practitioner, and write any additional notes related to the condition.
You can choose whether this diagnosis is linked to a medication and also upload a medical report or attachment (up to 10MB).
Click Save Diagnosis to store the information.
Once saved, it will appear in the main list below.



Add Medication

Click Add Medication at the top right.
In the form, link the medication to an existing diagnosis if applicable, then enter the Medication Name and choose the Prescribing Practitioner.
Fill in the dosage, type, and frequency details, and write any additional notes if needed.
Select Save Medication to complete the process.
The saved medication will appear under the related diagnosis automatically.
