How to Use the Allergies Page
Overview
The Allergies page helps you record any allergies related to your family member’s health.
If no allergies are listed, the screen will show “Oops! There are no Allergies.”
Add Allergy
Click Add Allergy at the top right of the page.
A pop-up will open where you can enter the allergy details.
Type the Allergic to field to mention the substance or item that causes the reaction.
Select or edit the Date Discovered to note when the allergy was identified.
Add any Notes such as symptoms or triggers of the allergic reaction.
Choose Yes or No under Anaphylactic? depending on the severity of the reaction.
Click Save Allergy to add it.
Once saved, the allergy will appear in the list below for easy tracking.
